dSPACE HIL Rig Solutions: (PHS and Scalexio)

  • Specifying and suggesting the required I/O boards and Communication Network cards based on customer requirements.
  • Configuring and providing solutions for all types of Automotive sensors, experience in dealing various sensor protocols i.e Analog, Digital, PWM
  • Commissioning HIL rigs, testing all rig I/O’s in open loop configuration.
  • Setting up configuration desk following best practices.
  • Setting up Rest Bus Simulation using bus manager (emulated and Monitored ECU’s). If Bus manager is not available, we can provide a Simulink based autogenerated RT Interface from dbc, fibex or arxml files, which includes CRC, E2E and Cnt emulation using J1850 standard.

Vector HIL Rig Solutions: (VT Systems):

  • Rest Bus Simulation with CANOE.
  • HV/ LV Power Supply Integration with CANOE and providing customised control panel.
